Primary schoolDIVING INTO SCIENCE is a summer project promoted by the Pietro Pittini Foundation, designed to bring young people – aged 3 to 14 – of our FVG Region closer to the world of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Mathematics) disciplines. The program – which will begin June 17 and end July 30, 2022 – is structured in more than 80 free workshops and labs located inside the United World College in Duino (Trieste, Italy).

Out of his desire for peace, his love for children and for art, the Yehudi Menuhin Foundation was born in Brussels in 1991, and year after year, dozens of Mus-e venues flourished throughout Europe. Yehudi Menuhin’s dream has great ambitions and a single desire: to bring art into elementary school, helping children discover beauty in others and within themselves.

Junior high schoolA multidisciplinary course dedicated to the first, second and third classes of our Region – FVG – secondary schools. Pupils are the protagonists of the + Sport at School afternoons, held in extracurricular hours to make gyms accessible beyond curricular activities: the school becomes a place for meeting, sports and socialization.
Junior high schoolExperimenting with the Future is an educational project dedicated to first, second and third grade classes in FVG secondary schools geared toward promoting and disseminating scientific, technical and technological knowledge and skills through educational methods that accompany students in the discovery and learning of STEAM subjects.

Over 18Tech Booster is the program promoted by the Pietro Pittini Foundation to bring recent graduates and undergraduate students in any discipline closer to the dynamics that drive the way of business. It’s for the students of University of Trieste and Udine.
Over 18PERCORSI SPERICOLATI was created with the aim of enhancing and promoting the work of small mountain entrepreneurs in Friuli Venezia Giulia through the active involvement of a group of girls and boys from all over Italy. The aim is to help create a new narrative and raise awareness that living, working and doing business on the edge is possible and that innovation can be born and flourish even in the most remote places.

Capacity buildingIn the large chapter dedicated to Innovation and Community Development, the Pietro Pittini Foundation would like to provide support to teachers in FVG schools, with a focus on updating their teaching skills, in order to help them prepare children and youth for the challenges of the future.
